(The "15% RPS Lift or You Don’t Pay" Protocol)

Let’s be real: Most agencies hide behind 60 pages of legal jargon so they never have to issue a refund. We hate that. We’re in the business of making you more money, not collecting "participation trophies."

Our guarantee is simple: If our Challenger Page doesn't beat your current page by at least 15% in Revenue Per Session (RPS), you get a 100% refund. To keep the math honest and the test fair for both of us, we follow these Clean Lab Conditions.

1. The Metric: Revenue Per Session (RPS)

We don't just track if people clicked "Buy." We track how much they spent.

  • Why? Because a high conversion rate is useless if your Average Order Value (AOV) tanks.

  • The Math: Total Revenue generated by the page divided by the number of unique visitors. This is the only "adult" metric that accounts for both CVR and AOV.

2. The Method: Live 50/50 Split Test

We don't compete against your "historical data" or last year's Black Friday stats. That’s cheating.

  • We use a professional A/B testing tool  to split your traffic.

  • 50% of visitors see your current page; 50% see our Challenger page.

  • Because both pages run at the same time, factors like "bad ad days," seasonal slumps, or Meta algorithm hiccups affect both pages equally. It’s a true head-to-head cage match.

3. Statistical Validity (The Finish Line)

To ensure the winner is decided by math, not luck, the test runs until one of the following is met:

  • We reach 95% Statistical Significance in the testing tool.

  • A minimum of 2,500 unique visitors have passed through the test.

  • The test has run for a maximum of 30 days.

4. The "Fair Play" Rule

For the test to be valid, we need an "Apples-to-Apples" environment. The guarantee is voided only if:

  • You drastically change the price or discount structure on one page but not the other.

  • You pause all paid traffic or switch to a completely unproven, low-quality traffic source mid-test.

  • You make major backend theme changes or install new apps that break the checkout flow during the test window.

5. No Hidden Fees

  • Software: During the test, we host the page on our agency infrastructure (Replo/PageDeck). It costs you $0.

  • The Refund: If the 15% lift isn't achieved, we refund your $2,500 within 5 business days. No "kill fees," no "build fees," no nonsense.

6. Ownership

Regardless of the outcome, you keep the landing page. If we win, we transfer it to your store. If we lose, it’s yours to keep, study, or tear apart for design inspiration. You’re out nothing but a little bit of time and a whole lot of data.

How to Claim

If the 30-day window closes and the Shopify/Testing Tool data shows an RPS lift of less than 15%, just shoot an email to your dedicated strategist. We’ll review the dashboard together, and if the lift isn't there, the refund is triggered immediately.
